بَابُ : سَلَفٍ وَبَيْعٍ وَهُوَ أَنْ يَبِيعَ السِّلْعَةَ عَلَى أَنْ يُسْلِفَهُ سَلَفًا
Chapter: Lending on condition of Buying or Selling
Hadith 4633
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ , عَنْ خَالِدٍ , عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ , عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ جَدِّهِ , أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " نَهَى عَنْ سَلَفٍ وَبَيْعٍ , وَشَرْطَيْنِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَرِبْحِ , مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ " .
´It was narrated from 'Amr bin shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that:` the Messenger of Allah prohibited lending on the condition of a sale, or to have two conditions in one transaction, or to profit from what you do not posses.
