بَابُ : تَرْكِ الأَذَانِ لِلْعِيدَيْنِ
Chapter: Not saying the Adhan for the two 'Eids
Hadith 1563
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، قال : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قال : " صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي عِيدٍ قَبْلَ الْخُطْبَةِ بِغَيْرِ أَذَانٍ وَلَا إِقَامَةٍ " .
´It was narrated that Jabir said:` "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) led us in praying on 'Eid before the Khutbah, with no Adhan and no Iqamah."
