´It was narrated that Jabir bin Samurah said:` "The Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite "By the night as it envelops" in Zuhr and something similar in 'Asr, and he would recite something longer than that in subh."
Explanation & Benefits
Hafiz Muhammad Ameen
981. Commentary: Regarding the recitation (qira’ah) in Dhuhr and ‘Asr, various ahadith have been narrated. There is no contradiction among them; rather, the meaning of all these narrations is that the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) would recite with a moderate recitation in Dhuhr and ‘Asr, that is, neither very long nor very short. And in the Fajr prayer, he would recite at length. And Allah knows best.

Benefits and Issues:
Those people who are eternally destined for Hell due to disbelief and polytheism,
they will not die,
meaning:
in no way will they attain deliverance from the punishment,
nor will they live,
meaning:
they will never attain the comfort and ease of life.
But those who are believers,
and are cast into Hell as a consequence of their sins and mistakes,
they will be subjected to punishment in proportion to their sins, burning and becoming like charcoal,
then they will be taken out of Hell and placed in the Water of Life, and life will be granted to them,
and they will immediately grow and flourish and be admitted into Paradise.
