Hadith 5751

أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ , قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ , عَنْ سُفْيَانَ , عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ , عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ , عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , قَالَ : " لَا بَأْسَ بِنَبِيذِ الْبُخْتُجِ " .
´It was narrated that Ibrahim said:` "There is nothing wrong with Nabidh Al-Bukhtuj."

Explanation & Benefits

The word "pukhta" is used in Arabic as «بختج», which is actually the Arabic pronunciation of "pukhta" itself. By this is meant that nabidh which is prepared by cooking it over fire, for example: talaa’, the explanation of which has already been mentioned previously.
