Brief Explanation
1؎: One who is a neighbor for a short period and whose permanent residence is not there, such as a neighbor during travel, a class neighbor, etc.
Explanation & Benefits
Hafiz Muhammad Ameen
By permanent residence is meant cities and settlements where houses are built that last for centuries, and by temporary neighbor is meant the neighbor during travel or in the desert, where temporary tents are set up and are taken down after a short while. It is evident that the neighbor in a settlement remains a neighbor for a lifetime, therefore, he should be good; otherwise, life will become miserable.
