´It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Abi Bakrah, who was a governor in Sijistan, said:` "Abu Bakrah wrote to me, saying: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] say: No one should pass two judgments on one issue, and no one should pass judgment between two disputing parties while he is angry.'"

Brief Explanation
1؎: Because the purpose of a judicial verdict (qada) is to bring an end to the dispute, and a dispute cannot be resolved by issuing two different judgments regarding the same matter.
Explanation & Benefits
Hafiz Muhammad Ameen
Commentary:
Passing different judgments in the same case or in two similar cases destroys the credibility of the judge, and moreover, it will increase disputes and disagreements among people, whereas the purpose of a judgment is to put an end to them.
