أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْوَرْكَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ . مُرْسَلٌ , قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ : وَالْمَرَاسِيلُ أَشْبَهُ بِالصَّوَابِ , وَاللَّهُ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى أَعْلَمُ .
´Ibrahim bin Sa'd bin Shihab narrated that:` The Messenger of Allah [SAW]...In Mursal form.

The chain of narration for 5193 is weak due to Nu'man, and the subsequent narration is mursal, and according to the preferred opinion, a mursal narration is of the weak category. However, Shaykh al-Albani rahimahullah and several other researchers have, based on the collective chains and supporting evidences for this narration, considered it acceptable as proof.
