´It was narrated from 'Abdur-Rahman bin Tarafah, from 'Arafah bin As'ad bin Karib, who was his grandfather- saying that he saw his grandfather, and he said:` "His nose had been cut off at the battle of Al-Kulab during the Jahiliyyah, so he wore a nose made of silver, but it began to rot on him, so the Prophet [SAW] told him to wear a nose made of gold."

Based on this, the scholars deduce that in cases of extreme necessity, it is permissible to make a nose out of gold and to bind teeth with gold wire.

It is the name of a place between Kufa and Basra.
In the era of ignorance (Jahiliyyah), two battles took place here.
Once between Banu Bakr and Banu Taghlib, and the second time between Banu Tamim and the people of Hajar.
‘Arfajah participated in this second battle.
The inference from this hadith is that it is permissible to have teeth made of gold and the like.
Whether a man does so or a woman, but adornment (jewelry) is only permissible for women.
