Brief Explanation
1؎ : The author's intent is that, in the chain of narration of this hadith, the presence of "Abdullah ibn Mubarak" as the narrator from "Layth ibn Sa'd" is more correct compared to others (as is the case in this chain). However, regarding "Abu Aflah" from Ibn Mubarak, there has been an error; the correct form is "Abu Waflah."
Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Umar Farooq Saeedi
Benefits and Issues:
However, their use is permissible as a form of treatment, just as silk is mentioned in the above hadith, or in general circumstances, the use up to the width of four fingers is allowed, and it is also permissible to have a gold tooth implanted. Similarly, as mentioned in the narrations, a man whose nose was cut off was permitted to have a nose made of gold implanted.

It is thus permissible for women, as is explicitly mentioned in the forthcoming narrations, and it is not permissible for men to imitate women. Adornment and beautification are particular to women, and this is contrary to manliness.

Urdu footnote:
In this hadith, the difference between right and left is due to an error of a narrator, because the hadith is essentially the same.
