Hadith 4952

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَمُجَاهِدٍ , عَنْ أَيْمَنَ ، قَالَ : " لَا يُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ " .
´It was narrated that Ayman said:` "The (hand of) a thief is not to be cut off for less than the price of a shield." (Daif Mawquf)
