بَابُ : ذِكْرِ الاِخْتِلاَفِ عَلَى الزُّهْرِيِّ
Chapter: Mentioning the Differences Reported from Az-Zuhri
Hadith 4922
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ فِي رُبْعِ دِينَارٍ , فَصَاعِدًا " .
´It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Prophet said:` "The hand of the thief is to be cut off for one-quarter of a Dinar or more."
