´It was narrated from Al_Hasan, from Samurah, that the Prophet of Allah said:` "Two trades have the choice as long as until they reach a deal that suits both of them and they confirm it three times. "
"Or each of them"—this means that each one says to the other: 'Now make your choice, you have the option.' Afterwards, there will be no possibility of returning (to the sale). Both should clarify this matter three times; then, even though the session (majlis) is still ongoing, the option to revoke (the sale) will no longer remain. This same concept has been referred to as 'Bay‘ al-Khiyar' (sale with option) in previous narrations. The second meaning of Bay‘ al-Khiyar has already been explained in Hadith number: 4470.

Urdu marginal note: "Final consent" means to forgo the right of return, as has been discussed in the context of the meaning of bay‘ khiyar (sale with option).
