Hadith 4252

أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " ذَكَاةُ الْمَيْتَةِ دِبَاغُهَا " .
´It was narrated that 'Aishah said:` "The Prophet said: 'The dead animal is purified by tanning it."'

(2) “He commanded” means he granted permission and concession. It is possible that the command itself is intended, because permission to waste wealth is not given.
