´It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that:` the Messenger of Allah went to a camel, and took a hair from its hump between his fingers and said: "I am not entitled to take anything from the Fay, not even this, except the Khumus, and the Khumus will come back to you."

Benefits and Issues:

It is obligatory upon Muslims that in their individual and collective lives, they should always speak the truth and be clear in their words.

Even the leader of the Muslims does not have the right to dispose of their wealth without their consent and approval.
➌
If someone acts for the sake of collective benefit, then it is necessary to provide compensation for it.
➍
According to the need, it is permissible to release prisoners without taking ransom (fidyah).
➎
Even the slightest breach of trust in national responsibility is a grave crime.
Therefore, those in positions of authority should be concerned and remain vigilant.
➏
Every nation and group, while establishing collective order, should select their own leader (amir) and representative who will represent them in collective matters.
