English Translation:
No person has the right to undertake armed action due to any religious, political, or social disagreement. Similarly, no individual can kill a sinner, even if he catches him in the act of sin, because the implementation of legal punishments (hudud) is the prerogative of the government, not of individuals. If anyone takes such action on his own, he will be killed, even if he is truthful. After that, his matter is left to Allah, the Exalted. Nowadays, those who engage in mutual killing and bloodshed on the basis of religious differences should keep this hadith in mind, no matter how attractive their slogans may be, such as: the sanctity of the Companions and the Pure Wives or the People of the House, etc. And Allah knows best.
