Explanation & Benefits
Hafiz Muhammad Ameen
Urdu Hashiyah (Commentary):

If an oppressor seeks to seize the right of an oppressed person and threatens to kill him if he does not hand over his property, the oppressed is permitted to fight him in order to protect his right. If, in this attempt, the oppressed is killed, then he is a martyr (shaheed) in the sight of Allah. And if the oppressor is killed, then his blood is wasted (i.e., he bears the blame for his own death).
