‘Umm al-Mu’minin Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that one night I found the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) missing, and I thought he might have gone to one of his wives. I began searching for him and saw that he was in bowing or prostration and saying: «سبحانك و بحمدك لا إله إلا أنت» “Glory is to You, all praise is Yours, and there is no true deity except You.” I said: May my parents be sacrificed for you, you were doing something while I was thinking something else.
