Hadith 3163

´It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` "The martyr does not feel the pain of being killed, except as any one of you feels a pinch."

Benefit:
The aforementioned narration has been declared weak in its chain of transmission by our esteemed researcher, whereas other scholars have graded it as hasan (good).
Furthermore, the researchers of (al-Mawsu‘ah al-Hadithiyyah) have declared its chain to be strong.
For further details, see: (al-Mawsu‘ah al-Hadithiyyah, Musnad al-Imam Ahmad: 3/334/235)
and al-Sahihah of al-Albani, no. 960.
In any case, this too is a favor from Allah upon the martyr, that the process of the soul leaving the body is made easy for him, and this pain does not become unbearable for him.
