بَابُ : مَا يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ قَتْلُ الْكَلْبِ الْعَقُورِ
Chapter: Animals That May Be Killed By The Muhrim: Killing Vicious Dogs
Hadith 2831
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " خَمْسٌ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُحْرِمِ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ : جُنَاحٌ الْغُرَابُ ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ " .
´It was narrated from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah said:` "There are five (animals) for which there is no sin on the Muhrim if he kills them: Crows, kites, scorpions, mice and vicious dogs."
