´It was narrated from Al-Harith bin Bilal that his father said:` "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, is this annulment of Hajj just for us or is it for all the people?' He said: 'No, it is just for us." (Daif)

Brief Explanation
1؎: That is, the abrogation (fasakh) of Hajj by means of ‘umrah is specific, not the tamattu‘ (combining ‘umrah and Hajj in one journey), because its ruling is general as has been mentioned in the previous narration. And those who consider the abrogation (fasakh) to be general as well, they respond to this narration by saying that it is not suitable as evidence, because among its narrators is Harith, who is weak.
