Hadith 2563

´It was narrated from Salim bin 'Abdullah that his father said:` "The Messenger of Allah said: "There are three at whom Allah will not look on the Day of Resurrection: The one who disobeys his parents, the woman who imitates men in her outward appearance, and the cuckold. And there are three who will not enter Paradise: The one who disobeys his parents, the drunkard, and the one who reminds people of what he has given them."'

Explanation & Benefits
Hafiz Muhammad Ameen
(1) "Will not see." That is, will not see with mercy and affection and love, because the real seeing is this; otherwise, no person is hidden from Allah Ta'ala, nor can anyone ever be hidden. It should be remembered that this punishment is also in the beginning; otherwise, in the end, if they are believers, they too will ultimately enter into the boundless mercy of Allah Ta'ala.

(2) "Disobedient to parents." That is, one who does not fulfill their rights.

(3) "A woman who imitates men." That is, in those matters which are specific to men, for example: clothing, haircut, etc. Or she does work like men, for example: plowing fields, governing and engaging in politics, etc., in which there is mixing with men.

(4) The "dayyuth" (one without protective jealousy), who does not object to his wife, daughter, or sister having illicit relations with others.

(5) "Will not enter Paradise." That is, at first; otherwise, after suffering the punishment, every believer will enter Paradise. This is explicitly stated in authentic narrations.

(6) "One who always drinks alcohol." That is, he continued to drink alcohol and died without repenting, even if he started drinking at the end of his life.
