Hadith 2297

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، أَنَّ حَمْزَةَ بْنَ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ! مِثْلَهُ مُرْسَلٌ .

Brief Explanation
1؎: By "mursal" is meant "munqati‘" (disconnected), because the link of Abu Marwah between Sulayman ibn Yasar and Hamzah ibn ‘Amr radi Allahu anhu is missing, as is clear from the chain of narration of hadith number 2304 (which is coming ahead) (and Allah knows best).
