أخبرنا العباس بن عبد العظيم عن سعيد بن عامر عن شعبة عن بن أبي نجيح عن عطاء عن جابر قال : دفن مع أبي رجل في القبر فلم يطب قلبي حتى أخرجته ودفنته على حدة .
´It was narrated that Jabir said:` "A man was buried with my father in the same grave and I felt restless until I brought him out and buried him on his own."

Hafiz Muhammad Ameen
This incident took place six months after the burial, and his body was exactly as it had been placed. Radi Allahu anhu wa ardah. It is thus established that if there is an extreme necessity, exhumation of the grave is permissible; otherwise, it is better to avoid it.
