أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " كَانَ يُوتِرُ بِ سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى " , خَالَفَهُمَا شَبَابَةُ فَرَوَاهُ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ .
´Muhammad bin Al-Muthanna informed us, he said "Muhammad said:` Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: I heard Qatadah narrating from Zurarah, from Abdur-Rahman bin Abza, that The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to recite in witr: Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High.'

1743. Commentary: Shababah mentioned the name of the Companion as Imran bin Husayn instead of Abdur Rahman bin Abza, but Imam an-Nasa'i rahimahullah said that this is Shababah's mistake.
