Hadith 1156

´It was narrated from Abu Salamah :` That Abu Hurairah used to lead them in prayer, and he said the takbir when he went down and came up. When he had finished he said: 'By Allah (SWT), I am the one among you whose prayer most closely resembles that of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ).'"

Explanation & Benefits
Hafiz Muhammad Ameen
1156. Commentary: Saying "Allahu Akbar" when rising from the second prostration is sufficient for standing up, even if there is a brief sitting of rest (jalsah al-istirahah) in between. There is no need for a separate takbir, because the sitting of rest is minor. However, if one rises after the tashahhud at the end of the second rak‘ah, then a separate takbir must be said, because that is a distinct pillar (rukn).
