Hadith 1638
It is narrated from Hazrat Humaid bin Abdur Rahman bin Auf that a man came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: O Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon you! Tell me a few things from which I may benefit, and do not tell me many things lest I forget. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not get angry."
Hadith 1639
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The strong man is not the one who overpowers people in wrestling; the strong man is the one who controls himself at the time of anger."
