Hadith 1311
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever sells a date-palm tree after it has been pollinated, its fruit will belong to the seller, except in the case where the buyer stipulates that the fruit is his."
