Hadith 1115
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade temporary marriage (mut'ah) on the day of the Battle of Khaybar, and (also forbade) eating the meat of domesticated donkeys.
Hadith 1116
It is narrated from Urwah bin Zubair that Khawlah bint Hakim went to Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) and said that Rabee’ah bin Umayyah had contracted mut’ah with a mawladah woman. She is pregnant from Rabee’ah. So Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) became alarmed, dragged his cloak, and went out saying: This is mut’ah. If I had prohibited it earlier, I would have stoned (him).
