بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنْ ذَبْحِ الضَّحِيَّةِ قَبْلَ انْصِرَافِ الْإِمَامِ
Chapter on prohibition of slaughtering the sacrifice before the imam finishes
Hadith 1062
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، أَنَّ أَبَا بُرْدَةَ بْنَ نِيَارٍ ذَبَحَ ضَحِيَّتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَذْبَحَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْأَضْحَى، فَزَعَمَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَعُودَ بِضَحِيَّةٍ أُخْرَى، قَالَ أَبُو بُرْدَةَ : لَا أَجِدُ إِلَّا جَذَعًا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، قَالَ : " وَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدْ إِلَّا جَذَعًا، فَاذْبَحْ "
It is narrated from Bashir bin Yasar that Abu Burdah bin Niyar offered his sacrifice before the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) had performed his. So the Prophet (peace be upon him) ordered him to offer another sacrifice. He said, "O Messenger of Allah! I have nothing left except a one-year-old goat." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Sacrifice that."
Hadith 1063
وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ ، أَنَّ . عُوَيْمِرَ بْنَ أَشْقَرَ ذَبَحَ ضَحِيَّتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَغْدُوَ يَوْمَ الْأَضْحَى، وَأَنَّهُ ذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَعُودَ بِضَحِيَّةٍ أُخْرَى "
It is narrated from Hazrat Ubadah bin Tamim that Uwaymir bin Ashqar performed the sacrificial slaughter before the dawn of the tenth day. And when he mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, he ordered him to offer another sacrifice.
