Hadith 925
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنْ
عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ
أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ
عَائِشَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، فَأَهْلَلْنَا بِعُمْرَةٍ، ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :
" مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ، فَلْيُهْلِلْ بِالْحَجِّ مَعَ الْعُمْرَةِ، ثُمَّ لَا يَحِلُّ حَتَّى يَحِلَّ مِنْهُمَا جَمِيعًا "، قَالَتْ : فَقَدِمْتُ مَكَّةَ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ، فَلَمْ أَطُفْ بِالْبَيْتِ وَلَا بَيْنَ الصَّفَا، وَالْمَرْوَةِ، فَشَكَوْتُ ذَلِكَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ : " انْقُضِي رَأْسَكِ، وَامْتَشِطِي، وَأَهِلِّي بِالْحَجِّ، وَدَعِي الْعُمْرَةَ "، قَالَتْ : فَفَعَلْتُ، فَلَمَّا قَضَيْنَا الْحَجَّ، أَرْسَلَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، مَعَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ، فَاعْتَمَرْتُ، فَقَالَ : " هَذَا مَكَانُ عُمْرَتِكِ " فَطَافَ الَّذِينَ أَهَلُّوا بِالْعُمْرَةِ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا، وَالْمَرْوَةِ، ثُمَّ حَلُّوا مِنْهَا، ثُمَّ طَافُوا طَوَافًا آخَرَ بَعْدَ أَنْ رَجَعُوا مِنْ مِنًى لِحَجِّهِمْ، وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ كَانُوا أَهَلُّوا بِالْحَجِّ أَوْ جَمَعُوا الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ، فَإِنَّمَا طَافُوا طَوَافًا وَاحِدًا
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'mineen Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that we set out with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in the year of the Farewell Pilgrimage, so we entered into ihram for ‘Umrah. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever has a sacrificial animal with him should combine the ihram of Hajj and ‘Umrah, and then not exit ihram until he has completed both.” Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I arrived in Makkah while in a state of menstruation, so I did not perform tawaf nor the sa’i between Safa and Marwah, and I complained to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Undo your hair and comb it, and abandon the ‘Umrah, and enter into ihram for Hajj.” I did as I was told. When we had completed Hajj, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent me with Abdur Rahman bin Abi Bakr to Tan‘eem. I performed ‘Umrah, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “This ‘Umrah is in place of your previous ‘Umrah.” So those who had entered into ihram for ‘Umrah became lawful after performing tawaf and sa’i, then performed another tawaf for Hajj when they returned from Mina. And those who had entered into ihram for Hajj, or for both Hajj and ‘Umrah together, performed only one tawaf.

Hazrat Urwah bin Zubair also narrated similarly from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her).
Hadith 927
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'minin Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that I came to Mecca in the state of menstruation, and I did not perform the Tawaf of the Ka'bah nor the Sa'i between Safa and Marwah, so I complained about this to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do what the pilgrims do, except do not perform Tawaf and Sa'i until you become pure."
Hadith 927B1
قَالَ مَالِك : تَفْسِيرُ الْحَدِيثِ الَّذِي أَرْخَصَ فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِرِعَاءِ الْإِبِلِ فِي تَأْخِيرِ رَمْيِ الْجِمَارِ، فِيمَا نُرَى وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُمْ يَرْمُونَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ، فَإِذَا مَضَى الْيَوْمُ الَّذِي يَلِي يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ، رَمَوْا مِنَ الْغَدِ وَذَلِكَ يَوْمُ النَّفْرِ الْأَوَّلِ، فَيَرْمُونَ لِلْيَوْمِ الَّذِي مَضَى، ثُمَّ يَرْمُونَ لِيَوْمِهِمْ ذَلِكَ، لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَقْضِي أَحَدٌ شَيْئًا، حَتَّى يَجِبَ عَلَيْهِ، فَإِذَا وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ، وَمَضَى كَانَ الْقَضَاءُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، فَإِنْ بَدَا لَهُمُ النَّفْرُ، فَقَدْ فَرَغُوا، وَإِنْ أَقَامُوا إِلَى الْغَدِ، رَمَوْا مَعَ النَّاسِ يَوْمَ النَّفْرِ الْآخِرِ، وَنَفَرُوا
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, said that if a woman comes to Makkah in the state of ihram for ‘Umrah and she is menstruating, and the days of Hajj arrive and she is unable to perform the Tawaf, then if there is a fear of missing Hajj, she should enter into the ihram of Hajj and offer a hady (sacrificial animal), and her ruling will be like that of a Qarin (one performing Hajj and ‘Umrah together). One Tawaf will suffice for her, and she can perform the standing at ‘Arafah, the standing at Muzdalifah, and the stoning of the Jamarat while in the state of menstruation. However, she should not perform the Tawaf al-Ziyarah until she becomes pure from menstruation.
