Hadith 812
It reached Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, that when the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, finished the circumambulation (tawaf) and completed the two units of prayer for tawaf, and intended to proceed towards Safa and Marwah, he would kiss the Black Stone before leaving.
Hadith 813
It is narrated from Hazrat Urwah bin Zubair that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Awf, may Allah be pleased with him: "How did you kiss the Black Stone (Hajar al-Aswad)?" Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman, may Allah be pleased with him, said: Sometimes I kissed it and sometimes I left it. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "You did right."
Hadith 814
It is narrated from Hazrat Hisham bin Urwah that his father, Hazrat Urwah bin Zubair, when performing Tawaf of the Ka'bah, would touch all the corners, and would never omit the Rukn Yamani except when compelled.
