Hadith 761
Hazrat Urwah bin Zubair used to stop saying the Talbiyah during Umrah when he entered the Haram.
Hadith 761B1
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, said that whoever enters into the state of ihram for ‘umrah, and assumes ihram from Tan‘im, should not stop reciting the talbiyah until he sees the Ka‘bah.
Hadith 761B2
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, was asked: If a person assumes ihram for Umrah from the miqat and he is a resident of Madinah or any other city, when should he stop reciting the talbiyah? Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, replied: Whoever assumes ihram from the miqat should stop reciting the talbiyah as soon as he enters the sacred land (Haram), and this is what has reached me from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both; he used to do the same.
