Hadith 562
It is narrated from Hazrat Amrah bint Abdur Rahman that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the man who steals a shroud and the woman who steals a shroud.
Hadith 563
وَحَدَّثَنِي ، عَنْ وَحَدَّثَنِي ، عَنْ مَالِك ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ ، أَنَّ
عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، كَانَتْ تَقُولُ :
" كَسْرُ عَظْمِ الْمُسْلِمِ مَيْتًا كَكَسْرِهِ وَهُوَ حَيٌّ " تَعْنِي فِي الْإِثْمِ
Imam Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) was informed that Umm al-Mu'minin Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) used to say that breaking the bone of a deceased Muslim is like breaking the bone of a living Muslim.
