Hadith 362
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When any of you is praying, let no one pass in front of him. If someone tries to pass, he should stop him with a gesture. If he does not stop, then prevent him forcefully, for he is a devil."
Hadith 363
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Juhaim (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If the passerby knew what punishment there is for passing in front of one who is praying, it would be better for him to stand for forty (days or months or years) than to pass in front of him."
There is doubt in this narration from Abu Nasr.
Hadith 364
It is narrated from Ata bin Yasar that Ka'b Ahbar said: If a person passing in front of someone who is praying knew the punishment for this act, indeed, if he were to be swallowed by the earth, it would seem better to him than passing in front of the one praying.
Hadith 365
Imam Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) received the information that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) also disliked passing in front of women while they were performing prayer.
Hadith 366
It is narrated from Nafi‘ that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) would not pass in front of anyone during prayer, nor would he allow anyone to pass in front of him.
