Hadith 101
It is narrated from Sa'id bin al-Musayyib that the saying of Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him), and Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) was that when the circumcised part touches the circumcised part, that is, when the head of the male organ disappears into the woman's private part, then ghusl becomes obligatory.
Hadith 102
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Salamah bin Abdur Rahman (may Allah be pleased with him) that I asked Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): What makes ghusl obligatory? So Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: You know your own nature, O Abu Salamah! Your nature is like that of a young chick; when it hears the rooster crow, it also starts crowing. When the circumcised part passes the circumcised part, then ghusl becomes obligatory.
Hadith 103
It is narrated from Sa'id bin al-Musayyib that Sayyiduna Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) came to Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and said to her: "I have been greatly troubled by the disagreement of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding an issue. I am ashamed to mention it before you." So Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "What is that issue which you would ask your mother about? Ask me." Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "If a man has intercourse with his wife, then enters (her) but does not ejaculate, what is the ruling?" Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "When the circumcised part passes the circumcised part, ghusl becomes obligatory." Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Now I will not ask anyone about this issue after you."
Hadith 104
Abdullah bin Ka'b reports that Hazrat Mahmood bin Labeed Ansari asked Sayyiduna Zaid bin Thabit Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him): If a man has intercourse with his wife, then penetrates but does not ejaculate? Sayyiduna Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) said: He should perform ghusl (ritual bath). Mahmood said that Sayyiduna Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) did not consider ghusl obligatory in this situation. Sayyiduna Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) said that Sayyiduna Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) retracted from this opinion before his death.
Hadith 105
Hazrat Nafi reports that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) used to say: When the circumcised part passes beyond the circumcised part, ghusl becomes obligatory.
