Hadith 94
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say that a man kissing his wife and touching her with his hand is included in touching (mulamasah), so whoever kisses his wife or touches her with his hand, then ablution (wudu) is obligatory upon him.
Hadith 95

It reached Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him, used to say: A man is required to perform ablution (wudu) after kissing his wife.
