بَابُ فِدْيَةِ مَنْ حَلَقَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَنْحَرَCompensation for One Who Shaves Before Slaughtering
Hadith 942B4
قَالَ مَالِك : وَمَنْ جَهِلَ فَحَلَقَ رَأْسَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْمِيَ الْجَمْرَةَ افْتَدَى
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, said: Whoever shaves his head before throwing the pebbles out of ignorance must offer a fidya (compensation).
