It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'minin Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): O Messenger of Allah! Safiyyah has started menstruating. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Perhaps she will detain us. Has she not performed the Tawaf of the Ka'bah?" The women said: Yes, she has. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then let us go."
