وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ بَعْضَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ يَكْرَهُ رَمْيَ الْجَمْرَةِ، حَتَّى يَطْلُعَ الْفَجْرُ مِنْ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ، وَمَنْ رَمَى، فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ النَّحْرُ
Imam Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) heard from some people of knowledge that they considered it disliked to throw pebbles before the rising of dawn on the Day of Sacrifice, and whoever threw them, then slaughtering became permissible for him.
