بَابُ تَقْدِيمِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِGiving Precedence to Women and Children
Hadith 877
وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ ، أَنَّ مَوْلَاةً لِأَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ أَخْبَرَتْهُ، قَالَتْ : جِئْنَا مَعَ أَسْمَاءَ ابْنَةِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ مِنًى بِغَلَسٍ، قَالَتْ : فَقُلْتُ لَهَا : لَقَدْ جِئْنَا مِنًى بِغَلَسٍ، فَقَالَتْ : " قَدْ كُنَّا نَصْنَعُ ذَلِكَ مَعَ مَنْ هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْكِ "
It is narrated from the freed slave woman of Sayyida Asma bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with them) that we came to Mina with Sayyida Asma bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with them) at the break of dawn. So I said, "We have come to Mina at the break of dawn." Sayyida Asma (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "We used to do the same with the one who was better than you."
