بَابُ الْعَمَلِ فِي الْهَدْيِ حِينَ يُسَاقُDealing with the Sacrificial Animal While Being Driven
Hadith 849
وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ دِينَارٍ مَا كَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ يَصْنَعُ بِجِلَالِ بُدْنِهِ حِينَ كُسِيَتْ الْكَعْبَةُ هَذِهِ الْكِسْوَةَ، قَالَ : " كَانَ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِهَا "
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, asked Abdullah bin Dinar: What did Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, do with the camel's saddlecloth when the covering of the Noble Ka'bah was made? He said: He used to give it in charity.
