Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, was asked about a person who is a resident of Mecca, who entered into the state of Ihram for Hajj, then his foot broke or he suffered from diarrhea or a woman began labor pains? He replied that their ruling is like that of a Muhsar, just as the ruling is for outsiders when they are prevented.
