قَالَ مَالِك : وَكُلُّ مَنْ حُبِسَ عَنِ الْحَجِّ بَعْدَ مَا يُحْرِمُ إِمَّا بِمَرَضٍ أَوْ بِغَيْرِهِ أَوْ بِخَطَإٍ مِنَ الْعَدَدِ أَوْ خَفِيَ عَلَيْهِ الْهِلَالُ ، فَهُوَ مُحْصَرٌ عَلَيْهِ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَرِ
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, said: Whoever is prevented from performing Hajj after entering into Ihram due to illness, or for any other reason, such as making a mistake in counting the dates or not knowing about the moon, then his ruling is like that of one who is prevented (from completing Hajj).
