It is narrated from Nafi‘ that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, would stop saying the Talbiyah in Hajj when he reached the Haram, until the Tawaf and Sa‘i, then he would start saying the Talbiyah again until he set out from Mina in the morning for ‘Arafah. So when he proceeded to ‘Arafah, he would stop saying the Talbiyah, and in ‘Umrah he would stop saying the Talbiyah when he entered the Haram.
