بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي صَدَقَةِ الْبَقَرِChapter on What is Reported Regarding Charity of Cattle
Hadith 673B9
قَالَ مَالِك : وَلَوْ كَانَتْ لِرَجُلٍ إِبِلٌ أَوْ بَقَرٌ أَوْ غَنَمٌ تَجِبُ فِي كُلِّ صِنْفٍ مِنْهَا الصَّدَقَةُ ، ثُمَّ أَفَادَ إِلَيْهَا بَعِيرًا أَوْ بَقَرَةً أَوْ شَاةً صَدَّقَهَا مَعَ مَاشِيَتِهِ حِينَ يُصَدِّقُهَا
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, said: If a person possesses camels, cows, or goats according to the prescribed nisab, and then acquires new income, he must pay zakat on the new income together with the nisab that he already possesses.
