بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي قَضَاءِ رَمَضَانَ وَالْكَفَّارَاتِChapter on What is Reported Regarding Making Up Ramadan and Expiations
Hadith 621
وَحَدَّثَنِي ، عَنْ وَحَدَّثَنِي ، عَنْ مَالِك ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ، كَانَ يَقُولُ : " يَصُومُ قَضَاءَ رَمَضَانَ مُتَتَابِعًا مَنْ أَفْطَرَهُ مِنْ مَرَضٍ أَوْ فِي سَفَرٍ "
It is narrated from Nafi‘ that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) used to say: Whoever has to make up missed fasts of Ramadan due to illness or travel, he should make them up consecutively.
