بَابُ مَا يَفْعَلُ مَنْ قَدِمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ أَوْ أَرَادَهُ فِي رَمَضَانَWhat to do when arriving from travel or intending it in Ramadan
Hadith 605B3
قَالَ مَالِك فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْدَمُ مِنْ سَفَرِهِ وَهُوَ مُفْطِرٌ وَامْرَأَتُهُ مُفْطِرَةٌ حِينَ طَهُرَتْ مِنْ حَيْضِهَا فِي رَمَضَانَ : أَنَّ لِزَوْجِهَا أَنْ يُصِيبَهَا إِنْ شَاءَ
Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, said: If a person returns from a journey and he is not fasting, and his wife is also not fasting, for example, she has become pure from menstruation that day, then it is permissible for her husband to have intercourse with her if he wishes.
