بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي التَّشْدِيدِ فِي الْقُبْلَةِ لِلصَّائِمِWhat is reported about strictness regarding kissing while fasting
Hadith 595
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى ، عَنْ مَالِك ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَتْ إِذَا ذَكَرَتْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُقَبِّلُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ ، تَقُولُ : " وَأَيُّكُمْ أَمْلَكُ لِنَفْسِهِ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "
It reached Imam Malik, may Allah have mercy on him, that Umm al-Mu'minin Sayyida Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, when narrating that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to kiss while fasting, would say: Who among you is more able to control his desires than the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him?
