بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي كَفَنِ الْمَيِّتِChapter on what is reported regarding shrouding the deceased
Hadith 523
وَحَدَّثَنِي ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " كُفِّنَ فِي ثَلاثَةِ أَثْوَابٍ بِيضٍ سَحُولِيَّةٍ "
It is narrated from Yahya bin Saeed that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was shrouded in three white garments made of Sahul cloth.
