بَابُ الْعَمَلِ فِي الدُّعَاءِActions in supplication
Hadith 505
حَدَّثَنِي حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى ، عَنْ مَالِك ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، قَالَ : " رَآنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ وَأَنَا أَدْعُو ، وَأُشِيرُ بِأُصْبُعَيْنِ صَبْعٍ مِنْ كُلِّ يَدٍ فَنَهَانِي "
It is narrated from Abdullah bin Dinar that Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) saw me making supplication while I was gesturing with two fingers, one finger from each hand, so he forbade me.
